Refund / Return Policy
     
  At ETyreStore Pty Ltd we are committed to providing high quality products and services. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, this refund policy explains what entitles you to a refund.  
     
 
1. General refund policy – We ask that you please choose carefully before making your purchase, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection.
   
2. The two lists below have been supplied by the Queensland Government's Department of Tourism, Fair Trading and Wine Industry Development; they outline your rights to a refund:
   
 
  You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased:  
     
 
1. Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase;
   
2. Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement;
   
3. Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase; and/or
   
4. Do not do the job as you were led to believe.
   
 
  You are not entitled to a refund if you:  
     
 
1. Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods;
   
2. Realise you can't afford the goods;
   
3. Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere;
   
4. Chose the wrong size or colour;
   
5. Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase; and/or
   
6. Were responsible for causing the fault.

  If you are entitled to a refund, you can choose between a refund, exchange or we may attempt to correct the problem for you. EtyreStore's Refund Policy relates to these laws with the following additions-  
     
 
1. Proof of Purchase/Receipts
   
  ETyreStore Pty Ltd will exchange or give a store credit on the tyres purchased providing that they have not yet been fitted to rims and are in the same condition as when they were purchased. (Store Credits are available for 12 months from the original purchase Date).
   
2. Tyre Fitting/Balancing and/or Services (including freight)
   
  ETyreStore Pty Ltd Services include both in store and mobile tyre services. Below are details in reference to our refund policies in relation to each one.
   
 
a) In Store Tyre Fitting and Balancing
   
  This relates to tyres which have been fitted at ETyreStore's main location (97 Delta Street, Geebung. 4034) ETyreStore Pty Ltd warrants Tyre Fitting and Balancing with the following exceptions:
   
 
i) Wheels/Rims with previous damage
   
  ETyreStore Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for associated problems with previously damaged wheels and refunds will not be accepted if once investigated a problem is consistent with any of the following defects: impact damage, wheel buckles, gutter damage on outside rim face, internal rust/non-original surface inconsistencies and hairline cracks.
   
ii) Tyre Fitting/Balancing and/or Services (including freight)
   
  ETyreStore Pty Ltd will fit both new and used tyres purchased elsewhere, providing they meet all relevant standards relating to the vehicle in which they are intended for. We will warrant any problems directly associated with tyre fitting, however problems relating to the product fall under the merchants who supplied the tyre's warranty policy.
   
iii) Tyres Fitted to Loose Rims 
   
  ETyreStore will fit tyres to loose rims, but accepts no responsibility for problems associated with the tyres if problems occur from misuse, incorrect vehicle fitment and/or incorrect tyre choice.
   
   
b) Mobile Tyre Fitting and Balancing by ETyreStore Pty Ltd
   
  ETyreStore's Mobile Fitting and Balancing Service allows for tyres to be fitted and balanced conveniently at our customers location. All the same warranties apply to the tyres, however as mobile tyre fitting and balancing is a service, the call-out fee is non refundable (This is the fee charged on top of the standard fitting and balancing charge). Warranty claims are processed at ETyreStore's Main Location, and the vehicle must be brought to 97 Delta Street for a comprehensive inspection before warranty claims can proceed
   
c) Mobile Tyre Fitting and Balancing by ETyreStore Franchise
   
  ETyreStore's Mobile Fitting and Balancing Service allows for tyres to be fitted and balanced conveniently at our customers location. All the same warranties apply to the tyres, however as mobile tyre fitting and balancing is a service, the call-out fee is non refundable (This is the fee charged on top of the standard fitting and balancing charge). Claims on fittingassociated with franchisee's may be completed at the fitting location at the franchisees discretion. If there are any problems with the Franchisee warranty claims can stil be completed at ETyreStore's Main Location, and the vehicle must be brought to 97 Delta Street for a comprehensive inspection before warranty claims can proceed.
   
d) Tyre fitted by Outside Contractors or Outside Tyre Fitment Centres
   
  ETyreStore Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for the warranty issues related to the fitment of tyres purchased when fitting and balancing is completed by Outside Contractors or Outside Tyre Fitment Centres and will not be held responsible for the amount paid for fitment of the tyres, this relates back to the refund policy of the Tyre Fitment Centre at which the Tyres were fitted.
   
e) Freight and Handling Charges
   
  If tyres are purchased and delivered, it is the customers responsibility to arrange delivery back to ETyreStore's main location for warranty claim processing. If a warranty claim is found to be accurate, the customer will be reimbursed for the return freight and the new tyres will be delivered without delivery charges.
   
3. Tyre Warranties
   
  Tyres sold at ETyreStore include a 12 Month, unlimited kilometre warranty, some exceptions apply, please see Section 2 of the 'Refund/Return Policy' located above on this page.
   
4. Miscellaneous
   
  The information in this refund policy is subject to, and/or in addition to, any other legal rights you may have under Queensland legislation.
   
5. Requesting a Refund, Exchange or Assistance
   
  If you would like to request a refund, exchange, or would like assistance with a product or service you have purchased from us, please contact us by Email or visit our Contact Page for more contact information.
   
6. Uncollected Goods
   
  The following statement has been provided by the Queensland Government Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation (Fair Trading) in relation to uncollected goods. The Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act 1967 (Qld) covers inspection, custody, storage, repair and other treatment of goods. Under this Act, uncollected goods may be sold six months after the date on which they were ready for collection if full payment has been made. Please look at the ETyreStore Terms and Conditions for more information on disposal of Uncollected Goods.
   
7. Refund Payment Types
   
  All Refunds are paid using company cheques or EFT Bank Transfer - These are the only forms of refund payments offered.
   
 
     
Warranty Policy
 
 
1. Please retain your Purchase Receipt as proof of purchase in order for Warranty to be valid. These documents must be presented in the event of making a claim under the terms of the ETyreStore Warranty Policy.
   
2. ETyreStore Guarantees all products against defects caused by faulty manufacture and materials for twelve months general driving use, from date of purchase.
   
3. During this warranty period ETyreStore will replace any defective product which is proven to be faulty. However, if the product includes a number of accessories, only the defective part or accessory will be replaced. ETyreStore reserves the right to make minor adjustments instead of replacing the product or accessory. Valve Stems, Fitment Costs, and Balancing Weight Costs will not be reimbursed under warranty.
   
4. Subject to your statutory rights as to the merchantable quality of the product or accessory. In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the guarantee, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the original date. i.e. 12 months from the original purchase date.
   
5. This Guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with instructions, accidental damage, misuse, faulty Vehicle Suspension, Faulty Running Gear, Wheels that are out of Alignment, Poor Fitment by a Third Party, Fitment Damage from a Third Party, Bead Fitment Damage, Internal and External Impact Damage, Leaking Valve stems or being tampered with by unauthorised persons. The replacement Guarantee also excludes Tyre Punctures and any problems caused by Impacts.
   
6. If failure or fault occurs, the Tyre or Accessory should be returned to ETyreStore for Service, Email or visit our Contact_Page for more contact information. If distance prevents you from taking the product to ETyreStore, you can send the product or accessory freight prepaid to the nearest authorised Service Centre. By following the tips, below, speedy attention to your requirements will be assured:
   
 
  If forwarding to ETyreStore, attach a label to the product stating your full name, address and nature of the fault or complaint. The Guarantee and Purchase Receipt should accompany any claims.
   
7. Wrap the Tyre in paper or Plastic Wrap, Address the package to ETyreStore and include your name and address on the outside.
   
8. This Replacement Guarantee is additional to the conditions and Guarantee which are mandatory and as implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other legislation.
